London based Tech Company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst. This well known Tech Company that builds SaaS Professional Training and Coaching products is looking for a Technical Business Analyst that will work in an Agile Development environment, collaborating closely with Agile Product Managers, Agile Delivery Managers, Sales and Customer Teams and Software Engineers.
This Technical Business Analyst position will work on a hybrid model with 2 visits to the London office per week. It will pay a starting salary up to £70,000 and the package includes an annual bonus, private medical care, excellent Company pension and loads more!
The successful Technical Business Analyst will work on the Company’s Cloud/SaaS products with software product teams, acting as the bridge between the software team, and product, sales, and client delivery teams. As the Technical Business Analyst you will drive feature requests, turning those into user stories with achievable acceptance criteria. Ideally, the new Technical Business Analyst will have knowledge / experience of delivering multi-tenanted SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities include;
Carrying out requirements analysis and verification, ensuring requirements statements are complete, consistent, concise, unambiguous, and verifiable and that they conform to internal quality standards.
Elicit requirements from end-users and stakeholders by conducting end-user requirements gathering and process modelling workshops.
Develop use case scenarios and process flow diagrams, in conjunction with other requirements specification documentation.
Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements work carried out by others on the team and in peer reviews of products derived from the requirements to ensure they were correctly interpreted.
Develop prototypes and wireframes to assist with the development of software solutions and support the test strategy to ensure sufficient and appropriate coverage.
It’s important that the new Technical Business Analyst has experience of the full SDLC and is very knowledgeable around Agile methodologies which includes having real experience working with Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
