City of London FinTech is looking for a DevOps Manager. This is a very interesting opportunity for an experienced leader in the DevOps space and specifically DevOps within a Microsoft Azure Cloud environment.
The successful DevOps Manager candidate will play a pivotal role to improve upon the existing quality of technology change delivery by defining and implementing DevOps tools, processes, standards. You will manage a team of DevOps Engineers and work closely with other senior / lead technology staff. There will be the need to recruit new DevOps Engineers into the team whilst developing partnerships with strategic suppliers to manage core DevOps platforms. This is a hands-off DevOps Manager role where you will be asked to lead conversations with other managers/teams across DevOps / DevSecOps along with collaborating with Stakeholders.
We’re looking for an DevOps Manager that has accumulated experience in the following commercial areas;
DevSecOps expertise in Azure DevOps pipeline, Azure Boards, Terraform, Git, Docker, Kanban, Testing tools, Monitoring tools.
Experience managing teams of DevOps Engineers as well as providing mentoring to other managers.
Experience managing and collaborating with business stakeholders.
