This is a key role in the leadership of the company’s product direction, vision, innovation and design. The successful candidate will lead product management, UI and UX teams in building outstanding applications that deliver maximum value to our customers.
Through the full product lifecycle, from initial concept development through to maintenance and refinement, the Head of Product will oversee product design, ensuring it is aligned with the company strategy and vision. The Head of Product also serves as an important mentor for other product management personnel, helping them to develop understanding of design, strategy, analysis and other key skills.
We’re seeking a Head of Product that is able to demonstrate skills/knowledge such as;
Strong experience designing, developing successful products
Experience working with cross functional teams
Comfortable with engaging/delivering to the wider business/C-Suiters.
Experience working with/leading UX/UI teams
Product experience with B2B/B2B products
Excellent communications and stakeholder management
Project management skills and ability to lead cross functional teams
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Product management tools
Experience in HealthTech/Scale Ups is an added bonus!
The successful candidate will earn up to £100,000 and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: performance related bonuses, great pension, medical cover, insurance, stocks & shares scheme plus numerous soft leisurely benefits. The team works on a hybrid basis, with 3 days a week on-site in their London office.
