London based Tech4Good Company that combines Technology, Neuroscience and Psychology to offer consultative online clinical therapy services is looking for a Product Manager


This is an exciting time for the Company as they look to scale across their tech teams throughout 2024 which includes building new Project, Product and Program Management functions. We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager who will;


  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our mission and overall roadmap.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

  • Conduct customer research to gain insights into user needs and preferences.

  • Prioritise product roadmap based on customer feedback, business goals, and market trends.

  • Collaborate closely with all departments within the organisation to ensure effective coordination and alignment.


Essential experience includes;


  • Minimum of (5) years of experience in product management, preferably in the medtech \ healthtech space.

  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.

  • Experience working in start-ups and/or scale-ups is highly desirable.

  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional software teams and stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.


The role offers a starting basic salary up to £85,000, annual bonus (performance based), Company Pension, 30 days holiday and private medical package! This role will be working on a hybrid model where currently the team works one / two days per week from their Central London office.
