We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager with experience across B2B SaaS product delivery, to join a Software Engineering organisation that develops a wide range of market-leading InsureTech solutions.


Working on a greenfield SaaS platform, which is used by nearly every major Financial Services / Insurance / ReInsurance organisation.


You’ll be working in a role with a lot of autonomy, involved in decision making and having a major influence on the company's outlook. As an Agile Delivery Manager, you'll use your knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban and practical experience of working in cross-functional agile squads to deliver solutions. In doing so, we will also expect you to challenge our existing approaches, drive improvement and support innovation.


Working on a hybrid model, the team goes on-site 2 days a week in the modern Central London hub. Your colleagues will also be on-site, so there is some meaning, collaboration and meaning. It will be a 2 stage interview process, which has been designed to be as quick and pain free as possible.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead Agile delivery across multiple development streams
  • Coach and support a high‑performing engineering team
  • Run Agile ceremonies and ensure effective planning & prioritisation
  • Remove blockers, manage risks and maintain smooth delivery cycles
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager on epics, features and user stories
  • Manage release processes and track key delivery metrics
  • Engage stakeholders and contribute to product strategy

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Agile/Scrum & SDLC experience
  • Proven background in B2B SaaS product delivery
  • Experience coaching teams and maturing Agile
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects
  • Technical awareness (Azure, Cosmos DB, C#, Python)

This Agile Delivery Manager will pay an annual salary up to £100,000, a Generous Annual Bonus, 10% Company Pension, Private Health and Dental Care and lots more.
