Based in Central London, we’re seeking a Software Development Manager who has proven experience managing third party software vendor relationships. A Software Development Manager that enjoys networking, building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels. We’re looking for a Software Development Manager who will join a community of software experts and partner with a variety of stakeholders across a global brokerage / insurance Company. The new Software Development Manager will develop and prioritise business cases for new technology, working with a Technology delivery team to ensure they are implemented effectively.


The successful Software Development Manager candidate must have a proven track record in building and developing effective working relationships with senior business managers and Technology Services that bring Technology and the business working as one team. It’s essential to have experience of understanding and interpreting stakeholder, user, customer, supplier and partner needs through continual engagement, transparency and building good relationships.


This is not a traditional Software Development Manager role where you’re managing an internal development team! We’re looking for someone who commercially understands software development management but has exceptional business relationship management skills to work with (and manage) third party relationships.

The role offers a starting basic salary up to £100,000, annual bonus (performance based), Company pension is 10% contributory, 26 days holiday, private medical package and car allowance scheme!
