We’re working with a leading organisation to find an experienced Data Analyst to join their team and help turn complex, sensitive data into meaningful insight. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving reporting processes and creating solutions that help organisations make better decisions. You’ll be working in a highly confidential environment, where data accuracy, governance and attention to detail are critical. You’ll be comfortable working with confidential information, able to communicate insights clearly, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for: Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports Analysing complex datasets to identify trends and insights Improving data quality, processes and reporting capability Combining data from multiple systems to create meaningful analysis Supporting automation and smarter ways of working Working with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions We’re looking for a Data Analyst with experience in: Power BI (including dashboard development) Excel and working with large datasets Data analysis, reporting and visualisation Data quality improvement and governance Power Query, DAX and data modelling (desirable) Experience working with HR, workforce, security, compliance or other sensitive datasets would be highly beneficial.
