C# Software Engineers with strong Azure & Angular skills are wanted by a well known FinTech Software Company, working on a suite of new Insurance focused products.


You will be joining a highly talented team who come from an engineering mindset, the team is looking to evolve from desktop to Cloud (Azure) / SaaS and you would be working on a new greenfield solution which will be revolutionary for one of the largest reinsurance brokerages in the world.


The C# Software Engineer will be introduced to the company’s development philosophy which is based around an agile approach with flexible delivery, they are big on best practises, SOLID principles and use NUnit for their Unit Testing.


Ideally, you’ll have experience of designing, refactoring, implementing and testing C# code, with a focus on maintainability, testability and performance. This company has a collaborative environment where they like their Developers to have a real influence on projects and decision making.


The team have a remote first mindset, meeting up 1 day a month in the modern Central London hub.


Technical Overview:

  • Previous experience with modern web and backend technologies, including Angular 17+, .NET Core, and Azure Cloud
  • Solid knowledge of SQL for database design, querying, and optimization
  • Proficient in automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, and BDD frameworks
  • Familiar with key Azure Cloud concepts and services such as App Service, Key Vault, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Azure Container Registry (ACR), and API Management (APIM)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and deployment of applications
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, project tracking, and version control
