Technology Recruitment Resourcer

Spencer Scott is looking for a new Technology Recruitment Resourcer. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys being part of a team and is able to headhunt the hardest to find technology candidates both here in the UK and across the US and Canada!

This Technology Recruitment Resourcer position will work on a Hybrid pattern with two days per week spent in the Spencer Scott London office whilst the remaining three days will be based working from home. Annual Salary is negotiable (depending on experience and proven billing history).

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Technology Recruitment Resourcer to join a small pod alongside two Senior Headhunters. The position will see the successful candidate support a number of Spencer Scott clients within the Financial Services Industry, all of which are embarking on exciting AI enablement initiatives!

This Technology Recruitment Resourcer position is full time, working Monday through Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (apart from Fridays which finish at 16:00).

We’re looking for someone that is able to hit the ground running, who has worked across the SDLC, has a key focus on Software Engineering positions and can generate BD information. We’re looking for candidates who are self-directed, able to make judgment calls without the need for assurance and can deliver under the pressure of time constraints and the given competition of other recruiters!

Interview process is three stages:

• Stage One - 30 Minutes TEAMS Interview to establish your background, the role and Spencer Scott as a business.

• Stage Two - 1 Hour TEAMS Technical Interview to establish your market knowledge as well as your technology / requirement experience.

• Stage Three - 30 Minutes HR Interview
