Senior Azure DevOps Engineer - £80,000

We’re recruiting for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer for a global financial services organisation working on a two day per week hybrid model. The successful candidate will need to have strong commercial skills working with Azure DevOps practices whilst being confident to contribute immediately on an Azure infrastructure, maintaining and developing CI/CD pipelines and C# .Net technologies.

This Senior DevOps Engineering role will pay a starting basic salary up to £80,000 and will include a remuneration package of an Annual Bonus Scheme, Company Pension, Private Medical Care, 30 Days Holiday, Personal Training / Educational Fund and lots lots more! 

We’re seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer who will be the subject matter expertise on Azure architecture and hosting of services, some who can write infrastructure as code (preferably using Pulumi and C#), someone who is very comfortable building and improving CI/CD pipelines for product teams with focus on high cadence and cost effectiveness.

Experience of Windows & Linux containers and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) is key as is experience writing C#, using tools like Visual Studio or VS Code. You’ll need to have strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) and have experience of Azure in areas such as networking, storage, integration, compute and analytics 

This is a great FinTech organisation that has built some of the most recognisable insurance brokerage products over the past three decades! For two days per week you’ll need to be able to travel to Surrey to work onsite and unfortunately, this role does NOT offer VISA Sponsorship.
