After an incredible year of growth and user increase, this Fintech Scale up is looking to continue to skyrocket looking for a new Head of Operations!

As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Technology Operations, optimising, and further developing this company's incredible application. You will lead a talented team of professionals streamlining delivery schedules whilst ensuring continuity, security, and performance are managed from within an Agile mindset.

This HoP will also develop project plans, timelines, and budgets whilst collaborating with engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client requirements.

We are looking for a Head of Operations with experience in;

• Proven experience and track record implementing and leading operations for fintech companies

• Strong experience of senior stakeholder management

• Familiar and hands-on with advertising technologies

• A mindset dedicated to ‘what is best’ rather than ‘what exists now’

• Knowledge of general online advertising principles, extra credit for prior experience of out of home media

• As comfortable leading during a crisis as the day to day

• Great communication capabilities with the technical and non-technical alike.

The successful candidate will earn up to £100,000 and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: great pension, medical cover, strong nature of upskilling and numerous soft leisurely benefits. The team works on a hybrid basis, with 1 day a week on-site in their London office.
