London based Tech Company is looking for a Senior Product Manager. This well known Tech Company that builds SaaS based products is looking for a Senior Product Manager that will work in an Agile Development environment, collaborating closely with Agile Business Analyst, Agile Delivery Managers, Sales and Customer Teams and Software Engineers. This Senior Product Manager position will work on a hybrid model with 2 visits to the London office per week. It will pay a starting salary up to £90,000 and the package includes an annual bonus, private medical care, excellent Company pension and loads more! We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially-minded Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in product strategy, full life- cycle product management and business transformation. We’d like to speak to Senior Product Managers that have a passion for Artificial Intelligence (or have worked in AI) and a focus on overall customer experience (CX, not just UX). We’re seeking Senior Product Managers that have the following expertise; Product Vision & Strategy: Creating product visions, strategies & business cases to meet commercial objectives via discovery (data analysis, market analysis, user research & insight); defining scopes and MVPs Product Design & Definition: Creating UX artefacts (personas, scenarios, user journeys); gathering, validating & prioritising requirements; creating roadmaps; writing epics, stories, acceptance criteria Product Release: Managing rollout to both external and internal audiences; working with marketing to ensure messaging ‘on-brand’; working with training and line managers to ensure smooth internal transition; managing UAT and cross-system testing Stakeholder Management: Providing a shared context and building consensus via clear project goals and focus on end-user (from C-Suite downward) Agile Methodologies: Implementing and supporting scrum best practices to increase throughput and more successful UAT Candidates applying for this Senior Product Manager position must be able to work unrestricted in the UK.
